Our Drivers spend a great deal of time inside their vehicle, working long and late hours at all times of the day.
We take every opportunity to ensure they maintain their schedule with sufficient time off for personal well being, family time, and other interests.
I think it's very important to have a well balanced home-work life commitment, especially in our line of work where the hours can be very erratic and unpredictable.
I suggest the following tips for keeping sharp while on duty;
- Drink lots of water! Staying hydrated will help prevent fatigue
- Be sure to get at least 20 minutes of activity everyday, even if it's just a moderate walk
- Laugh more than you frown
